How To Disable JS Chrome

In this day and age, JavaScript is ubiquitous. It’s used on websites for everything from simple interactivity to complex animations. However, sometimes you may want to disable JavaScript for a specific website. Maybe the website is loading slowly or you’re concerned about security implications. Open Chrome

Assuming you would like help opening the Google Chrome Browser: 

  1. Make sure you are connected to the internet. 
  2. Go to your search engine of choice and type in “Google Chrome”. 
  3. The first link that should pop up is “Download Chrome for Desktop – Google”, click on that link. 
  4. Depending on what kind of device you are using, there will now be different instructions. If you are using a Windows computer, it will say “Download Chrome for Windows”. If you have a Mac, it will say “Download Chrome for Mac”. Once you click on the appropriate link, the download should start automatically. 
  5. Once it has downloaded, open the file and run the installation. 
  6. Follow the prompts and agree to the terms and conditions. 
  7. Once it has been installed, Chrome will automatically open itself and prompt you to sign in or create a new account. And that’s it! You’ve now successfully installed Google Chrome on your device.

In the address bar, type “chrome://extensions/”

One of the advantages of using Google Chrome is that it supports a wide range of extensions. These extensions can be used to add new features to the browser or modify existing ones. In order to install an extension, you need to first download it from the Chrome Web Store. Once the extension has been downloaded, you can install it by navigating to chrome://extensions/ in the address bar. This will open the Extensions Manager, which will allow you to enable or disable the extension as well as view information about it. You can also uninstall extensions from this manager.

Toggle the switch to the “Off” position

Browser not working? Try these steps:

  1. Toggle the switch to the “Off” position.
  2. Open your Browser and go to settings. 
  3. Under “Advanced,” click Reset. 
  4. Confirm by clicking Reset once more.
  5. Your Browser will now be reset to its default settings. If this doesn’t fix the issue, there may be something wrong with your Browser extension or with your Browser itself. Try reinstalling your Browser or contact support for further assistance.
